Only when character on the picture belongs to you. If you want to use our photographs in any way - ask first, by sending the note. Can you comment my picture? If you need some advices, you can send me link by note. But doing this all the time is useless! It can happen from time to time, though. Can you help me with deviantART? Sure, if you have any problem just note me, I'll try to help! Can you watch me? We don't watch people if we don't feel like we need to watch them. We can't watch everybody - we wouldn't have time to comment most of your pictures. Can we be friends? Let's see... you ask me, I say yes, and we're friends already? Nope, it doesn't work like that!
